The Story:An essential part of Nordic Fikabreaks, the Cinnamon Roll is reinterpreted here by Chef Jeffrey Cagnes. By adding a touch of green cardamom – an emblematic spice in high-end pastry – and a raw honey glaze, the Chef transforms this popular brioche into a refined, signature creation.

The Tasting Experience:As soon as you open the sachet, the warm aromas of cinnamon greet you. On the palate, the crumb flakes with surprising lightness, while the honey syrup provides a sweet and comforting note that coats the mouth.

👨‍🍳 Chef's Tips

Warm your Cinnamon Roll for 10 to 15 seconds in the microwave(or 2 minutes in a warm oven at 150°C). The heat will awaken the butter in the brioche, slightly liquefy the honey syrup, and release the essential oils of cinnamon and cardamom for an "oven-fresh" sensation.
